Each day starts with a walk-around of the box truck, checking tires, lights, and the load floor. Cargo is secured with straps and edge protection, then verified against the bill of lading before departure.

Load verification happens at pickup and again before the doors close, so what leaves the dock is what the shipper expects to arrive.
